Verix Energy LLC ("Verix Energy," "we," "us," or "our") is a residential solar sales company based in Gilbert, Arizona, serving homeowners across Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to our website and to the ways we communicate with you about a solar inquiry, including by phone, text message, and email.

When you contact us, submit a form on our website, or meet with a Verix Energy representative, you may give us:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your home address and property details
- Your approximate monthly electric bill and utility provider
- An approximate credit range, used only to identify which financing options may fit
- Anything else you choose to tell us about your home or your goals
Information about your home
To prepare a solar and battery proposal, we may collect details about your roof, shading, energy usage, and utility rate plan.
Information from your visit
This website is a static site. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- To design and price a solar or battery proposal for your home
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on consultations
- To communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry

SMS and text messaging
How we obtain your consent
We only send text messages to people who have given us express consent. We obtain that consent in one of two ways:
- Verbally, during an in-person consultation. If you meet with a Verix Energy representative at your home or at an event, we ask for your permission to contact you by text message about your solar inquiry, and we record that consent.
- Through our website contact and lead forms. When you submit your phone number through a form on our website, the form states that by submitting your information you agree to receive text messages and calls from Verix Energy about your solar inquiry.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We text you only about the solar inquiry you contacted us about.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out or get help
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt back in.

We do not sell or share your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information sharing described elsewhere in this policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are used solely to communicate directly with you about your inquiry with Verix Energy.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management and hosting providers, may process information on our behalf. They are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
- Installation partners. If you decide to move forward, we share the details needed to complete your project with the licensed, ROC-certified Arizona contractor performing the installation, and with the financing provider you select.
- Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
As stated in the SMS and text messaging section above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never included in this sharing, and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we protect your information
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. Our website and forms are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our systems is protected by authentication and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Calls and email. Tell us at any time that you would prefer not to be contacted, and we will honor it.
- Access and deletion. Email jorge@verixenergy.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults who own or are purchasing a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
